The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract in which the Data Subject (you) is a party to which the Data Controller is obliged to provide services, such as mobile wallet registration, digitization of payment cards and mobile payment services.

NLB Banka d.d., Sarajevo requires information about the telephone device you are using in order to update the application, check and approve new types of mobile devices, improve the application and its functionalities, as well as statistical analysis at the user group level.

Mobile App Data

NLB Banka d.d., Sarajevo requests data on how the mobile application is used for statistical analyses at the user group level. This data is used as a basis for adapting the functionality to the users' needs, optimizing performance, improving user safety and experience, as well as adapting the content to the user's interests.
